How to Prepare for your Session

Ahead of Time Preparation:

• It is highly recommended that you set an intention before your appointment. This may be open ended to simply ask to hear whatever Spirit would like to say or you may come with a specific list of questions, a list of people you would like to connect with that have passed on, a question regarding a future decision, a past life, a dream you would like interpretation on, a physical, spiritual or psychological illness you would like healing for, etc.
• Please refrain from alcohol and drugs within 24 hours of your session in order to have more clarity within your subtle energy body.
• If you are having a shamanic healing, journey, or soul retrieval ceremony, it is recommended that you wear comfortable white (light colored clothing is acceptable) clothing in order to promote all the energetic absorption of the light being transmitted into and through your energy field.
• Please be considerate that there are other appointments after yours. So, if you are late, your appointment will not go over your allotted time.
• Rachel does not record the session but she is open to you recording it for your own private / personal use, not for resale or duplication.

After Session Assimilation:

• Please make sure to give yourself time to assimilate the information, energy, and downloads you receive during our appointment.
• Be aware that for the most accurate energy healing results from our sessions together it is recommended that clients abstain from all alcohol and drugs within the system during treatment and for at least 3 days after for assimilation purposes.
• If you receive deep soul retrieval energy work, psychic surgery, cord cutting, ancestral clearing or shamanic healing, make sure to give yourself at least 3 days to heal from the surgery. Drink warm liquids, soups, teas, and take it very easy on your physical form as you heal from the soul regenerative work.
• It is common to feel a bit "off balance" in your equilibrium afterwards because we are shifting energy (particularly after a shamanic healing, soul retrieval, or past life session). 
• Because the information Rachel shares is multidimensional, it is common to "understand" or get "aftershocks" of understanding layer after layer like the opening petals of the lotus for a week or so after our session. Be patient with yourself and give yourself time to assimilate and integrate all the new information.
• It may be helpful after your session to pay particular attention to your following dreams, journal about changes in your life and those around you and in your physical body in order to gain the most ascension possible from our session.
• If you are active in the astral realm and participate in your multi-dimensional light body, you may be aware that Rachel does visit you from time to time before and after your appointment in your dreams, in the form of other animals around you, in the eyes of passerby's, or in the etheric realm to continue to guide and direct and encourage you on your journey and empower your path!
